Long lasting battery support

I had a very bad experience with this product. the device came faulty. it didnt connect to any of our machines. Amazon customer care asked to connect western digital. she never sent me a mail regarding not being able to help with replacement. after that calling amazon customer option is blocked for this product. Amazon is giving me a very poor support. i am very disappointed.

Acheté suite au décès d'un de ces prédécesseurs suite à une chute pendant qu'il était branché :( En 2To il est plus épais que les autres mais cela reste un produit très pratique à emporter avec soi.

au delà de l'absence d'un voyant de fonctionnement j'ai rencontré un problème avec cet appareil qui a fait subitement un bruit de crécelle. Je l'ai retourné en SAV au vendeur qui m'a dit l'avoir testé, m'a dit n'avoir rien trouvé et me l'a retourné. l'ayant reçu je l'ai réinstallé sur mon ordinateur mais cet appareil continue à faire du bruit quand on le met en marche ET PLUS GRAVE PLANTE mon ordinateur
