Does this contain zinc?

I read the ingredients very careful, twice. There is NOT any zinc. My dentist recommended this to me. I was having problems with both name brand glues keeping my teeth in place. Drinking fluids would make the others release the bottoms. A very littl (thin) line in a triangle holds them tight. Also, there isn't that bad after taste. It brushes out very easy.

Could this be used to hold temporary veneers in place?

I would have to say no. It doesn't work at all for dentures, it really isn't good quality. I would recommend fixodent for veneers, it's the best I've found. Hope that helps!!!

I know you are supposed to rinse your mouth before putting the denture in, but should the denture itself be wet or dry before you apply the adhesive??

The website says that Adhesadent denture adhesive works best on a dry denture and moist gums. What I do is rinse my mouth with water right before inserting the denture. The denture itself should be dry when you add the adhesive to it. However, once the adhesive is on the denture you can soak it a few seconds in warm water before inserting it into your mouth. That's just an extra tip that works for me. Otherwise the simple formula of dry denture and moist gums is all you need.
