SPECTRUM NEEDS＜Natural Lemon Flavor＞

The supplement is great, but the flavor is very sweet.

I started using SpectrumNeeds® as part of a broader focus on improving my energy, focus, and general well-being—and I’ve been really impressed. The formula is packed with a ton of essential nutrients (33 active ingredients!) and feels like a great all-in-one daily support. One of the things I really like is that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other supplements I’ve tried, and it actually tastes pretty decent for something so comprehensive—lemon flavor is refreshing and easy to mix into water or juice. I mainly take it for the nervous system and energy metabolism support, but I also appreciate the antioxidant and methylation benefits. Bonus points for being allergen-free and clean. I’ve noticed subtle improvements in focus and overall energy during the day, so I’ll definitely keep using it as part of my morning routine.

This SpectrumNeeds supplement comes in a dissolvable powder. The lemon is pleasant but is nothing to rave about. What made me ordered this is the extensive list of ingredients and that it is manufactured in the USA. I don't take it everyday, I take it every two to three days to feed some goodness into my body, since I don't always eat a balanced diet. I do feel kind of good after taking it, other than that I don't notice much other effects on me (good or bad). Mine arrived with about 14 months from the expiry date. It is a bit pricy, that's why I only take it every few days :)

The jar was slightly open upon my receiving it and the powder was clumped and gross looking. The seal was not intact. Smelled awful. I wish I could still return, but I’m past the return window.
