The seller's service and returns policy / procedure are effective, efficient and simple. The beaker is 3/16 inch too short, so it doesn't fit into the speculum. I understand this is a hand made item, and the construction may vary and there may be a modest size difference periodically. I only write this review because I ordered it and returned it twice and it was the same condition on both beakers. I believe this seller's inventory may be flawed. If you want to order here there isn't risk because the returns process is great, but be prepared.
