I don't know exactly which ingredients make this product so great in my coffee. Maybe it's its "milk derivative?" Whatever it is, it instantly perfects my morning cup of coffee, whenever I am disappointed by my other, refrigerated, light creams/oat milks/evaporated milks, etc. I just pour one or two of these into that coffee, and I instantly am pleased (smile)! I can buy this cheaper in supermarkets, in a refrigerated, quart form. But those quarts aren't good enough for my adult daughters and me! We use them much too too quickly, since we each love (smile) light coffee. All of the refrigerated creamers make hot coffee, colder! These packs are cool (smile), since they can be kept out of the refrigerator, at a room temperature that blends easily into hot cups of coffee and/or other hot beverages. These creamers are the best!
