I have been thoroughly enjoying learning from this textbook in my free time. As a home chocolate maker, the book has helped me conceptualize and improve the products that I make in my kitchen despite largely being about industrial chocolate making.

This book has alot of interesting facts on chocolate making, specifically the science behind it, which is quite amazing. Nice for those want to get more background on the science of chocolate.

Great book if you are trying to learn how to work with chocolate. there are a lot of expensive courses out there that dont cover nearly as much as this book.

This book is suitable for someone who intend to start his own chocolate business or even understand some secrets from chocolate makers.

Do you love chocolate? Do you want to learn more and more and more interesting facts? Or do you just want to eat it. Very interesting book for the true chocolate lover.

There is little to no "science" in this book.

What's important to know is that this is a textbook for students who require some basic physics and materials handling knowledge.Also important is that from a different publisher, this text has gone as far as a 5th edition. It suffices for me as a basic introduction to chocolate manufacturing principles.
