I'm confused about where these are made. Several reviewers said China but someone answered India or US with none made in China. Who is correct?

Which is bigger ... the "0" size or "00" size?

One teaspoon will fill about 7 "0" capsules and about 5 "00" capsules so "OO" is slightly bigger.
