Dukan Diet Oat Bran Cookies, Coconut, 7.9 Ounce

I think they are tasty. Although, I do not like things very sweet. They remind me of a digestive biscuit, and I enjoy having one with coffee. If you are doing the Dukan Diet. This will satisfy the craving for something slightly sweet and crunchy. It's not amazing tasting, so I can't give it 5 stars, but perfect for a healthy and crunchy snack. *** edit : I continue to order these, because I love them, so I upgraded to 5 stars.

I love the light coconut flavor and these are very filling. I saved them for my snack and also would get my daily Oat bran portion. They are a bit pricy, but you are paying for the convience.

When I started the diet I hadn't read the book. I was told my my niece how to get started. After a couple of months I learned that my kidneys were showing dehydration. I have lost some kidney to Lupis so I was very upset. I went on to read the book and this is what the good doctor has to say, Those who criticize his diet are "nay sayers" implying they are jealous and probably overweight themselves. He says he worked with 30 patients who had only one kidney and problems were noted. That is not a scientific study. In fact I recently saw a Nephrologist who in fact has done studies on high protein diets and effects on kidneys and his scientifically conducted study shows there can be. Now, I did drink as much water or more than was recommended so don't say it was my fault. I find Dukan to be an arrogant ass!

The coconut has a very light taste and chocolate chip have a bit more taste but both are satisfying. I have very sensitive taste so for someone who doesn't have strong taste or smell they may not like these. I enjoy them for a quick snack & on the go. I'm hoping for more flavors.

Would recommend to ALL! This is such a great take anywhere snack when on the Dukan Diet. The good news is while being scrumptious it also staves off hunger! I don't fee like I am missing a thing on this diet! I have gone from a size 12 to a size 4 in 4 months. I will continue to eat these for a lifetime - or until I can figure out how to bake them myself, lol!

I Really like these cookies — they are awesome. I can't cook oat bran recipes myself (because I live in dormatory), so these cookies help me a lot. They have great taste, and they help me maintain my diet. I like them with non-fat yogurt or sugar-free puddings. This version IS suitable for Attack phrase, so it works for me better than chocolate version. I like these cookies more, than oat bran bars.

Really flavourful and tasty. Great way to eat your oat bran if you're following the diet or just a delicious low calorie if you're not on this specific diet. I just wish they were cheaper.

Parfait super goût et on en trouve pas souvent en magasin donc super que ça soit sur amazon. Je les recommande à toutes celles qui font le régime dukan. Ça cale les petites faims.
