Is the 90 days warranty from the seller additional to the factory 1 year warranty?

There is a 90 day Samsung warranty on this item. Only new product comes with a 1 year warranty.

More than likely when you get the tablet it will have version 4.1 installed. Since that installation a new version has been released. Your tablet should automatically ask you to upgrade to latest version after your initial set up. You just follow installation instruction to upgrade to latest version 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 which ever the newest version maybe. The warranty is only for 90 days
