I love SBC products, and especially their Arnica shower Crème and Arnica gel. This shower cream is rich, creamy, luxurious, and smells delicious, and just feels soothing when I'm full of aches and pains. This is the one I use if I want some comfort and TLC! If I have any tiny gripe about SBC it is that the pump action on any of their shower creams is not that brilliant - the pump can stick a little, and it never seems to pump out as much as I'd like in one go, but their products are so lovely I can't deduct a star just for this.

I've been using this since January and I shower every day with it and I'm not even half way through the bottle, and my skin is now in really good condition.

Been buy this for years, definitely industrial strength, if you have any muscle pain or ache shower yourself with this you'll feel the difference quickly.
