No more numb anything.I followed the fit guide and they fit fine. Other than the odd feeling of walking around and not being used to having pads in my shorts. But they felt great on my bike.I deducted one star because I am not really sold on the quality and longevity of the product. The fabric seems to be thin and can easily rip. I will update after a few months of use.But in closing the price is right so I will give five stars if I can get a few months out of a pair. I ride a spin bike every evening. So they will get used daily.So let the test begin.Also sorry but no pics from me for this product. I am a size 36 waist, which normally would be a large size. Based upon other reviews I ordered XL and the fit is good and snug. I got a quick response to my question about washing. Either hand wash or use a laundry bag and wash at 100 degrees or below I was told. (Perhaps this is why some other reviews commment on the product not holding up, since these instructions were not on the listing or on the product.)
