I’ve been using Moshi products for years across multiple MacBooks and Apple devices, always assuming their warranty backed the premium price. Unfortunately, that confidence was misplaced. What does this warranty actually cover? Let’s be honest. People buy these covers to keep their MacBooks clean, protected, and aesthetically pleasing. They are not meant to turn a MacBook into a rugged Toughbook. When I requested a simple warranty replacement for a cover, it was declined and labeled as misuse, which is incredibly frustrating. This was my first warranty claim after many purchases, and the experience was so disappointing that I seriously reconsidered this brand. Premium products should come with reasonable, customer-friendly support. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

Sure they're often pricier than the competition, but i've never been let down by Moshi hardshells. The fit has always been excellent and they crack/yellow much less than cheaper alternatives.
