Yes the terminals are threaded. And it comes with screws and washers. It also comes with spacers if you need to side mount the cables.

Dimensions: L = 6 5/8, W = 5 3/16, H = 6 7/8. Weight = 22.5 lbs.

Will it fit 2016 ultra limited?

Not sure, it does fit 07 Road Glide for sure.

what is the actual CCA?
