Mine is fine hair but wavy and by scrunching I get nicely defined curls **Q: How often should you use it?** A: Every time I shampoo. Marc Anthony also has a spray to help bounce up your curls. I don’t wash my hair everyday, so on the days I don’t wash my hair, I use the spray. **Q: Is this safe for color treated hair?** A: Yes.
