追加購入して２枚でRAID0にしてみました。 INTELのZ690マザーボードです。WIN11をRAID0にインストール。 するとどうでしょう、Gen5SSD以上の読み込み速度が出ました。 Gen５は発熱や耐久性にまだ疑問があり不安でしたのでお安く４Tの超高速SSD環境が構築できたと思います。久々、１０年ぶりくらいににRAID０を使ってみましたがこれはやって良かったと思います。 非常に高速で安定しています。

とても早い

ThinkCentre M75q2のシステムに利用。PC本体がPCIe3.0x4だが、転送性能（常時1.5GB/s）に惚れ込んで購入。価格も３万近くだったので、２万前半になっていたので、即購入を決意。M75q2はファイルサーバとして利用しているので、転送性能が高い本製品で全くストレスが無くなった。

ノートPCに入れて使っているため温度面で不安がありますが、自分の使い方では概ね50℃程度です。 高負荷になるとそれなりに発熱しますんでそのような使い方をする人は冷却に十分な配慮が必要かと思います。 Thinkpad P14s Gen4に入れて使っていますが、裏蓋開けて元のSSDと交換するだけです。 普通にOSをインストールして使えます。 安くてそこそこ速いので良いのではないでしょうか？

PCの起動ドライブに使用 サイドファン付きケースで風当て、ヒートシンクはマザーボード付属 試しにh2testwで500GBほど連続読み書きしたところ そこまで高温にもならず、速度も一定で優秀だと思います もう少し長くテストすると危なそうですが 普通の用途でしたらヒートシンクも変えなくて良さそうです 参考までに、別スロットに挿しているTranscend MTE250Hは 同じテストで付属のヒートシンク使用時85度まで上がり、1GB/s以下辺りまで速度低下するので 即ヒートシンクを表面積の大きい物に交換しました。

Ben harici bir soğutucu alarak bu sorunu bertaraf ettim. Ps5'de hafıza sorunu yaşayanlar biçilmiş kaftan.
