Ive had a coolaroo for 10 yrs and no real issues. The only thing i ran into for using them as a 100% outdoor bed is the screws rusting. Which makes changing the pad challenging. I just got this new one for my large dog who broke his sisters medium bed. For the most part they are easy to put together. However that last screw/rod is always a pain and take a wee bit of muscle. along with getting the bed frame lopsided so its not laying square like its supposed too, just so you can get the bar in line. After you get that last screw in the bed squares right back up by simply pushing down on the 2 opposite corners. If your physically challenged (disabled) like me a wee bit of ingenuity helps with that last bar. The covers are pretty durable. On my medium i had to replace the cover 3 times due to my girl was a bed digger. Out of the 3 i only had issues with 1 (nutmeg) not holding up or lasting. Possibly a quality control or fluke. It only lasted 4 months. My 1st one (green) lasted 7 yrs and the 3rd (blue) is still in great shape after almost 3 yrs, but the frame broke. So this new large should be just as great. My boy has already been up on it and happy he has a new outside bed to avoid the hot porch in summers and loves to just chill outside comfortably while watching the squirrels, birds and neighbors.

For the price, this elevated dog bed is honestly such a steal. I bought it expecting something basic, but it ended up being way better than anticipated. It’s sturdy, holds my dog’s weight with no problem, and doesn’t wobble or sag at all. The mesh is breathable and keeps her cool, especially on tile floors. She lounges on it daily and clearly prefers it over traditional beds. It’s also a great height — supportive without being too tall — which makes it easy for her to get on and off comfortably. Assembly was quick and simple, and it’s super easy to clean. For how affordable it is, the quality really surprised me. I’m genuinely about to buy another one because it’s been that good. If you’re on the fence because of the price, don’t be — this is one of those rare finds that actually delivers.

Springy bed that has lasted 4+ years out in the sun so far. I've been very pleased it hasn't shown signs of sun rot yet, so the UV protection is solid. The size is great for a 60-lb dog, and it's light enough to be very portable while not compromising sturdiness. I have 5 of these and highly recommend them!

This would be a 5-star item if not for the incredibly difficult install. The instructions are worse than useless, they make it seem like it's easy and maybe even guide you the wrong way. Terrible. Even their bad video on YT is worthless showing a smaller person simply doing this 'with ease'. There is an indpendant video that really helped. the problem is getting that 4th screw in for the legs. It's nearly impossible and really is a 2 person job. You need to offset and twist the entire bed to even be able to get the holes to lineup and then it take significant force to push the curved bar down so that the screw can easily screw in. Once you get it, it's a fantastic bed which is stable, and very sturdy, but getting this thing together alone was pretty darn frustrating and far from easy. Maybe the large size is easier but the medium size is quite difficult and takes a great deal of strength to overcome the tension.

We've used Coolaroo dog beds for years and both dogs enjoy them. We have an XL and a L one. Easy to put together and move around. Our dog goes right to it when he's not playing. Good for indoor or outdoor use. Very sturdy and durable.

I love this bed the dogs enjoy it as well. I think it’s important to understand, You must have measurements of your dog or have an idea when purchasing. In my opinion, The medium in which I purchased can fit a small dog, a medium to large dog if the dog is wide and considered a large dog, and the length is short, the medium will work. It’s entirely up to you and how your dog likes to lay down. I always want to give my dog more room. When I went to purchase, I was concerned because my dog is large and the large was sold out. After considering his length I thought this could work. I received it in a small box. It made me very nervous to see it that small but when I took it out of the box, like magic it got much bigger lol. It was very easy to put together. I did it myself, it took about 15 minutes. it’s very sturdy holds up very well. My Bulldog is 71 pounds and he and my other little dog was on the bed at the same time. I am considering ordering another one. It depends on how much they actually use the bed. The price is very reasonable. This is one of the best brands out there. This is also good for your dog back or an elderly dog that may be uncomfortable in cushion beds. I bought it to keep them off the deck when it’s hot also because of bugs and in general so they’re comfortable when they are outside occasionally. I highly recommend it. The nutmeg color is my favorite. It looks really great matches with everything and the material is very good as well and what I like about this company is they sell replacement material /cloth Whatever you call them in case they rip from but from what I understand, they last a very long time. We have a puppy that's a herding breed baby and referring to her as high energy is putting it mildly. The only time she ever slowed down was to sleep. She will now relax and it's due to this Coolaroo elevated bed. All other beds prior to the Coolaroo were chewed and destroyed, never used as a bed. We feared she might eat it because herding breeds are used to nipping livestock, they mouth everything and everyone. She has chewed on it, but it has held up beautifully!! She no longer chews but she had to test it at first. She takes treats to this bed for snack time, plays with toys in her bed, relaxes in her bed which is a miracle! And she has even napped in this bed, which she has never done. Not ever. This is a big win for my high energy/completely bonkers pup. We didn't know she was capable of relaxing to be honest. So thrilled she hasn't eaten it, torn it apart, or otherwise harmed her lovely bed. It's so good we have a different model that folds down, kinda like an umbrella, also made by Coolaroo that you can fold up, slide in its carrying case and take it everywhere! This company has thought of everything when it comes to elevated beds and I'm going to give them to everyone for their birthday or Christmas whichever comes first. For large breed dogs that have a tendency for sore joints this is for them. It gets them off the hard floor, is very comfy and may save them from some pain down the road. Even little dogs are prone to knee & back issues. Our senior tiny dogs LOVE being up off the floor and turn into a coddle puddle on this elevated bed. I wish I had bought these beds earlier. I put one in the kitchen when I'm preparing meals and instead of being underfoot begging for food, they're chilled out just looking at me. I don't know what kind of magic they weave into their beds but they certainly know how to keep my dogs happy, cozy and comfortable. I have been paying for my own goodies from Amazon since the 90's. These things are the biggest pain in the ass to put together. If you have four well coordinated arms, the strength of an NFL lineman, and patience, you might be able to get it together. I can get the first three bolts in but the fourth MFer ALWAYS wants to crossthread, and this time I don't know if I can finish the assembly. The fabric (plastic) is so tight at the point where you're trying to put the last bolt in that it distorts the frame and you just about can't get the bolt in straight, the pipe bends at an angle to prevent the bolt going in straight and that's what's causing the crossthreading.

Me gustó mucho, tiene una muy buena calidad y gran tamaño, a pesar de ser mediana. Caben sin problema dos perros chihuahua, sirve tanto para frío como calor, y se mantiene limpia sin ningún problema, mi perro marca por todos lados y siempre mojaba su cama, pero como es elevada ya solo moja la pata. El armado no fue fácil pero vale la pena ya que se mantiene tensa y no se afloja.

Fácil de lavar, muy buena para mis perritos tengo dos Pug y caben muy bien, aunque más cómodos cada uno en su propia cama.

Le compré la talla mediana a mi cachorro de corgi galés y, aunque aun le queda grande, le encanta usarla y creo que será d tamaño adecuado cuando sea adulto.

Versand wie bei Amazon Prime gewohnt am nächsten Werktag. Das Bett wird im Originalkarton geliefert, keine zusätzliche Verpackung; sehr gut!! Das Bett ist mit wenigen Handgriffen in ein Paar Minuten aufgebaut. Eine Anleitung auf englisch wird mitgeliefert, ist aber wirklich nicht erforderlich! Wenn alle vier Schrauben festgezogen sind wirkt es auf mich sehr stabil. Natürlich kann ich zum Alltagsgebrauch noch nichts sagen, da das Bett gerade erst geliefert und zusammengebaut wurde. Mein Hund hat es allerdings direkt beschlagnahmt und für gut befunden! Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf :)
