I picked this kettle up after my old Russell Hobbs finally gave out. My first instinct was to just buy the same model again because it had served me well for years, but after going back and forth a bit, I decided to try this one instead. So far, I don’t regret the switch. The design feels compact and genuinely premium, and it looks great sitting on the counter. The only thing I’m slightly unsure about is the on/off switch; it doesn’t feel as sturdy as the one on my previous kettle. I’m hoping it holds up over time, but only daily use will tell. Performance-wise, it’s noticeably quieter than my old kettle, which I really appreciate. The only trade-off is that it has a bit less water volume overall; that’s something to keep in mind. It’s only been about three to four days of using it, so I’m still in the early stages of testing it out. I’ll keep an eye on how it performs over the next few weeks and update my thoughts once I’ve had more time with it.

Genuine purchase. Arrived today ordered yesterday. Its like a piece of art. The finish is amazing. It really stands out in my kitchen and looks a million dollars. On the practical side it does exactly what it says on the box and despite all its beauty the fact remains that its function is to boil water. It does so quickly and quietly. Press a button on the handle and the chrome lid opens to allow easy filling. Has a filter included at the spout. Pours smoothly and the whole thing is well balanced in the hand. Not cheap I grant you but nowhere near as expensive as some I looked at and none of them were as pretty. Love it.

Very smart looking stylish kettle. Easy viewing window on either side and smooth push button lid release. Fast and quiet boiling.

Good size, appears to be good quality, variable toasting browning so good for all the family and looks great, just marked down one point as the midnight blue just looks black.

Very fine kettle which is quieter than the Russell Hobbs kettle it replaced. I love the colour and its speed. Lid opens well very important for me and it boils as little or as much as you need

I bought this product the 25th of September 2022. I now will have to buy a different kettle as either the design is faulty or the materials are bad quality. This item is less than 3 years old and needs replacing. I thought it was worth spending extra for a good well renown brand, but obviously not. Our area has soft water, so not a limescale problem. The back of the lid lets steam out, If I use it, it is at risk of burning myself badly, not ideal when holding a kettle full of boiling water. You can see from the pictures that this has been happening for a while, but now the gap must be bigger, because my partner and I have burnt ourselves a few times. I would say go for a cheaper kettle, they last the same or more.

Bought in April broke in Dec

This is the best kettle I've ever owned: (1) I used to wait ages for the kettle to boil - this kettle is SO quick that now I hardly have time to put the bag in the cup and get the milk before the water is boiling, and (2) I used to have to move into the other room if I was on the phone while the kettle was on - this kettle is SO quiet that I can have a conversation right beside it while it's boiling. Those people who complained about the switch must have been pressing down on it really hard - there's nothing wrong with it as far as I'm concerned. 10 stars!

Ordered from amazon australia, but came with an american plug. Had to return. Didnt ike it much anyway. Was supposed to be midnight blue but was black.

Very nice and not noisy to get boiling water.
