This extra virgin cold pressed olive oil is made with authenticity by the Pompeian family of olive farmers and olive oil artisans. Review: I've been ordering this for years. The taste is great. You get that familiar burning at the back of your throat which lasts about 7 seconds. I use it on everything as my ONLY oil. It also is a great snack: pour a bit in a small bowl with salt and oregano. Dip your bread into it and enjoy. The price is very reasonable, at $22-23 currently. It had jumped to $33+ at one point and I just waited for a drop. When I first started using it, the price was around $18. Review: I use about 1L of this olive oil per week. I rarely use butter. I use this olive oil for "frying" my eggs in the microwave and to "butter" bread and crackers. It tastes good. desertcart delivers it next day at a good price. What's not to like? My order was outside overnight. It got down to 11°F (-11.6°C). The olive oil got semi-solid and cloudy. It passed the fridge test!
