The vitamin D in serving size is 450% of daily needs. We bought it because of my hubby,s Vitamin D deficiency. **Q: BPA free can?** A: BPA had been banned in European Union since 2018. US government did not do so and thus it is stated on products in USA because companies want to distinguish their product by not using it.
