Is this product free from tree nuts, peanuts and shellfish as well as cross contamination from those allergens? (Asking manufacturer)

What's the difference between Belgium and Swedish pearl sugar?

The belgium pearls are slightly bigger than the swedish pearls. The belgian pearl allows itself to hold its crunch at higher cooking temperatures. The swedish pearls are usually used to top and decorate pastries and candies. The size may allow the crunch to disappear at higher temperatures.

Used this to make a liege waffle, recipe is perfect but my waffle coating seems to peel off, did you experiece this on your waffle maker?

No, but it made a major mess in my waffle maker. I had to take damp paper towels and try and get the carmelized sugar off. If your waffle maker was on the older side, I can see how it might remove the non stick coating.
