Great sleep aid
I have purchased this item before,it's genuine.👍 I use it to help with anxiety during the day, and as a sleeping aid at night. I put small amount in a small t-pot, leave 5mins👍😄

Great for getting to sleep
Bought this for my other half who has trouble getting to sleep, over the counter sleep aids never worked and due to the pandemic he didn't want to bother GPs with this. I read that Valerian root is used as an ingredient in prescription sleep medication. He said it helped him get to sleep and tastes quite good. Don't forget to invest in a tea strainer!

Keeps you relaxed!
This tea is really good it does relax you and calm your nerves. I would recommend you get a glass tea pit with an infuser. Be prepared for a smell even when you recieve it in the mail. 1-2 teaspoons on this herb will be enough, people are different with this product so don't go over the amount. Good luck!

VERY STINKY! Recommend trying the smallest amount to purchase first.
I usually use Lemon Balm loose-leaf tea as a sleep aid remedy, which is very helpful. Valerian Root is definitely a root. It’s hard sticks that stayed hard even after being left cold. Water did change colour, but it’s so badly off-putting smelling (I know the worst is herb smell usually gives better results, not this one). Not only do I not feel any results of the famous relaxing sleep aid remedy drink, but it’s a challenge to drink. And I’m not fussy when it comes to unusual taste or odour experiences. Recommend trying the smallest amount to purchase first.

Good product
Nice taste but it does smell a bit odd. Helps me with my sleep though.

I bought these roots as a smelly treat for my cat, and she (perhaps predictably) loves them. Be warned that the dry roots are very hard - while probably fine for teas, if you wish to crush them, you will need a mortar and pestle.
