This is my third time buying these weights for my dumbbell handles. I now have 28 of these. They are well made with consistent and accurate weight. The shipping box has improved. The first purchase of several sets came in boxes that were too weak for the weight. 1 plate was missing. I contacted the seller and they refunded the 4 plate set cost. I definitely recommend these for your home gym.

I bought two 5lbs and they look great, easy to hold, made of good iron. They actually feel heavier than what they should be but that's ok. They do seem like they will last a very long time.

Work perfectly. Acceptable quality. Decent value. I got the 40 lb plates and am satisfied.

You get what you pay for, I wanted “weight is weight” for my loadable dumbbells, I almost bought the good version, but for now, I thought this is fine. At just over $1/lb with tax, they are cheap, not just price, but quality. They come in and there are sharp edges to cut your fingers on the opening in the center and very uneven metal work as well. But 15-20 minutes with the Dremel sander and I have relatively smooth edges to slide onto my dumbbell sleeves without completely destroying them, but they’re also quite loose on a 2” dumbbell handle. I haven’t weighed them, but I will have gotten what I paid for, I decided to Spend $40, not $150-220 for these 40lbs. They were a bit worse than I expected, even with the reviews, but for now, it’s fine, they may end up as just weight just adding a big more security to racks or machines, but for now, I needed some weight. They’re great for what they are, be prepared to cut yourself mar your barbell or dumbbell, or do some sanding when they come, but there was no way this would’ve taken 2 hours as another reviewer said.

Bought the 35 pounders for my grandson. They are great. Heavy duty and the opening makes them easy to carry or to use for farmers carry. Highly recommend!
