Great entry vr, strap is horrible.
Perfect for the price point for casual vr users, vr can be very expensive but meta has figured out how to give you vr at a comfortable price point, quality is very good for price, I personally would recommend upgrading the headstrap to a better one as this one is great for travel but awful for extended play at home, it pulls my hair and it gets dirty since its white, thankfully it's pretty light so I'm not experiencing headaches or major discomfort, controllers are well made and have wrist straps, set up is a breeze and I find it very simple to use and allot of fun! Beat Saber is my favourite game by far which I mid via PC and BS mod manager this requires direct connection to my PC so I also purchased a meta link cable, this opens up allot of possibilities for modding and just better streaming of games.

Excellent game at a good price
My son loves it!! It’s a nice looking set of goggles. It was easy to set up and has been easy enough for my 10 year old to navigate on his own. It connects easily with the internet. It sizes down easily to my son’s head. The picture is nice and crisp. You really feel like you’re in the environment. The controllers having the wrist strings is a nice touch. I know they would be broken by now if they didn’t have that. Th only negative is that the controllers aren’t rechargeable and take 2 AA batters per controller. We tend to go through quite a few batteries. We just recently got rechargeable batteries. I’m not yet how long they will last in the controllers before needing a charge. I really like that through our Meta account I can see what my kid seen when he playing. It makes it easy to keep track of what and who he is playing. I also have it set up so that he can make any purchases with our me approving it first.

Hours of fun comfortable to wear totally immersive getaway
The Meta Quest 3S 128GB delivers a smooth, wireless VR experience that feels immersive and easy to set up right out of the box. The headset is comfortable for extended use, with a balanced fit that doesn’t feel overly heavy during gameplay. Performance is responsive, with clear visuals and fluid motion that make games and apps feel engaging and realistic. It’s easy to adjust and keeps it snug on the face. It doesn’t slide around or feel heavy thanks to the adjusting capabilities on the top and the sides. It’s just all around fun !!The standalone design is a huge plus, removing the need for external sensors or wires, which adds to the convenience and freedom of movement. Storage is sufficient for a solid library of apps and games, and the overall experience feels user-friendly even for beginners. , it’s a strong entry into wireless VR that offers great performance, comfort, and accessibility.

Absolutely awesome VR experience
Absolutely worth every penny. It was a little bit of a pain settling it up and getting it added to my network, but nothing too big of a deal to be off putting. The graphics are awesome. I watched a ISS video and oh my did I feel like I was in space. I personally think the games included in the 3 month trial aren’t that great, but I bought a few apps that are awesome. I’d definitely recommend looking into FLOAT. If you suffer with anxiety, stress, and depression, I’d recommend doing the trial of FLOAT. I use it almost every day. It will take you through an ocean realm, into a kaleidoscope , the clouds, and into a space journey and more. You can also get a museum app and see some of the most famous art pieces around the world. I also bought a pool game, a really great pinball arcade game, and got a really cool bowling game that offers realistic bowling with around 10 different oil patterns. You can do single player, multi player , or even join a league. These VR goggles will take you to so many different and amazing places. Please do know that if you have weak or unreliable internet / WiFi connections you will most likely suffer low quality visuals and connection problems but if you have a good network and strong connectivity, you should have a great experience. So far, I’ve had little issues with my VR headset. I cannot say enough about the FLOAT experience. I did the free trial and loved it so much, I signed up for the year which is extremely reasonable for about $27/$30 for a whole year. I am so happy I took the plunge and bought this awesome VR headset.

The couple that plays VR together, stays together!
I bought two Meta Quest 3S headsets—one for me and one for my girlfriend—so we could spend more time together on fun VR dates, and we’ve been having the time of our lives! Apparently, nothing says romance like exploring virtual worlds and laughing while one of us accidentally punches the air. I originally had the Rift S, and the Quest 3S offers a highly comparable experience without all the PC setup, wires, and technical gymnastics. It’s easy to jump into a game and just have fun together. Truly a great device and one of the best purchases we’ve made for our date nights!

Get it!!!!
Great fun. Just gotta buy a lot of stuff. There's only a few free downloads. I loved it!! I got nauseated on one of the roller coasters. Lol lol maybe I'm to old. Hahaha Friend tried it & he almost fell out of his chair. Hahaha Wish there was more free options, there might be buy now. Just have some room to move around. You can set up a perimeter so you don't go past it and walk to a wall or fall down stairs or whatever. I did spend a lot of time using it. It is to much fun!!

Didn’t get returned, forgotten, or broken still going strong seven months later
Title: For Once, It Wasn’t Forgotten by January! If you’re a parent, you know the cycle—your kid HAS to have the hot Christmas gift, they play with it nonstop for two weeks, and then it mysteriously becomes expensive bedroom decor. I’m happy to report that wasn’t the case here! We bought the Meta Quest 3S (128GB) for my son for Christmas, and SEVEN months later he’s still using it regularly. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give it. What I love: * No PC required! We were up and running quickly without needing to spend hundreds more on additional equipment. * Super easy setup and very user-friendly. * Great battery life—we’re not constantly hunting for the charger. * Plenty of games and experiences to keep it from getting old. * The controller wrist straps are a must and have undoubtedly saved us from a few flying-controller incidents. * It’s portable enough to use almost anywhere you have the space. My only complaints are things I wish Meta would’ve included. For something designed to be portable, I really feel it should come with a protective carrying case. It seems odd to market portability and then require an additional purchase just to safely transport and protect it. I also wish it included an extra washable face cushion or head strap since they can get dirty pretty quickly with regular use. After seven months we’ve had ZERO issues—no glitches, no complaints, and no buyer’s remorse. More importantly, my son still loves it just as much as he did on Christmas morning. For once, the expensive Christmas present didn’t end up shoved in a corner and forgotten about. I’d call that money well spent.

Good starter for VR, get an external head strap battery.
There was soo much anticipation and doubt with this thing before I ordered it. Now that I have used it for a while I'm rather surprised. First off, the shipping was fine, the packaging was fine, no damage and I had no issues with the price. First VR experience as a Tech freak and I'm blown away by what it's capable of. I know since my experience is limited to this quest 3s, I'll need a few more to compare it to. I used my roommates quest 2 and I know what I have is better in that regard. It's great that I can run some emulators sideloaded. RetroArch runs but don't expect gamepads to plug and play without some configuration. Ok so it runs VRchat ok. Know that there is no warning for loading certain worlds that are not optimized so the quest 3s will stutter and crash from too much going on. Last night I had to do a 10 second power button hold to restart the headset. I love watching movies with this thing. Using JBL tunes660nr. It's Bluetooth and sounds great. The built in speakers are not bad but know that what your listening to will be heard by others in the same room on low volume. I don't blast out at full volume often. The glasses spacer is junk. My lenses are scuffed. Your not getting prescription lenses from Zenni optical if you have progressives. They don't support it. I'll need to find another option and figure out how to replace the factory lenses. Build is ok, controllers need a grip set. They were made to be dropped so meta makes more money. Can't say the wrist strap rings work well. I bought a grip set to protect controllers. I use my quest every day for three plus hours and the battery life is incredible up to a whole week on a single AA per controller. I bought rechargeable batteries... Be aware that your batteries may die without warning. Indicator will show full battery life until dead. The head strap sucks. The quest pulls forward and is uncomfortable without an external head strap battery to balance the weight. By the way, your headset battery life is 2 hours. You need to plug it in or use the head strap battery for longer use. The visuals and resolution is good. I watch YouTube at full screen with good quality. 720p is great. 1080p is a bit of a gamble with buffering possible. Look what it costs to what you get.... I got a lot for what I paid. Overall?... I'm satisfied.

Absolutely love it!
I recently purchased a VR headset for my son as part of his Christmas present, with the agreement that he would contribute towards it. He had wanted one for a long time, but my wife and I were hesitant because of the potential injuries and issues we’d heard about. As a first-time VR user myself, I was honestly blown away. It’s incredibly fun, immersive, and surprisingly addictive. It’s not just entertainment either—it can be educational and even a great form of exercise. One feature that impressed me the most is the built-in safety system: the headset creates a clear safe zone and automatically shows your surroundings if you step outside the boundaries. In terms of comfort and play experience, I noticed that after extended play on certain games like Stranger Things or Gorilla Tag, I started to feel nauseous. On the other hand, games like Beat Saber or Bowling gave me little to no discomfort. This particular headset bundle included Gorilla Tag and a trial of Meta Horizon+, which added extra value. I think it’s definitely worth the investment for the entertainment it delivers. However, I would recommend considering the optional head strap or an upgraded strap with a built-in battery. The base strap feels uncomfortable over longer sessions, and the battery currently lasts only about two hours. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and can see this VR headset being a source of fun for the whole family.

Best Budget VR Headset
This has been one of the best experiences of getting into VR. Formally, A VR setup would cost trackers, gaming laptops and so on. However with the meta quest, it has been a blast. No computer or laptop required you can play all games in your room, with a minimum space. Moreover, the headset also let's you watch movies, shows and series. You can operate with the remote provided or use the intuitive hand gestures. Either way both work perfectly. The picture quality is a little blurry compared to quest 3. Considering it's equipped with frensic lenses which can be hard to adjust since sweet spot of eyes differ frequently. There's also a risk of the headset burning when kept in places where the sun rays basically go through the lenses..it's advisable to tuck it safely at a secure spot. Comfort is another issue, while one can wear this headset for an hour. The effect can last for a few hours, the strap on the headset is sort of hard to adjust as well. After a while of gaming or watching movies or shows, it's reasonable enough to make you sweat. The battery life is also pretty minimal, gaming typically lasts for 2 hours while with normal use it can last for a 2.5 hours. Consider a battery strap if you have to use it for 2.5+ hours. Else it delivers enough for you to enjoy. Last but not least, I was able to play games on the headset and on the laptop as well using steam link. Both work pretty well. Overall an excellent product for people who want to enter into VR. It's ergonomic, slightly inexpensive with a few cons. But overall it's a great product
