Back Pain healer
Vimergy Magnesium cured my herniated disks. I had 10 herniated disks, degenerative disks, pain in the left SI joint and later developed extreme pain in right hip. The MRI. showed no issue in the hip area but revealed the last 3 herniations that were discovered. I have don't tons of therapies and go to about 85 percent better. Once I developed the extreme pain in my right hip I realized it was a muscle spasm. I started taking the magnesium and it went away in two days but to my surprise all my painful herniations disappeared in about two weeks. I believe my back muscles began to relax from the magnesium and my disks moved back into place. I learned from my posture therapy; Egoscue, that muscles move bones and bones don't move muscles. I took 6 capsules a day and maintain 4 caps a day. During summer months with extreme heat and sweating my back acts up but I just increase the dose to 6 caps at night. Yes, it does help me sleep much better, it has a tremendous calming effect. The magnesium has also improved my mobility due to much less muscle tightness. Best stuff I have ever taken. Replacing magnesium lost in electrolyte when sweating and lack of this mineral in diet has gotten me to feel the best I have ever felt. This supplement is high quality.
