Fine powder, dry, not clumps and in good condition. Review: Recommended Purchase! - This product comes out nice and smooth! I have noticed that if the molds are not washed well between uses it makes the bubbles harder to rise up and out. Occasionally I mix a thicker slurry to patch any bubbles or spaces that are unsightly. After allowing it time to dry, I gently sand it and it comes out just right. Working with this medium is fun and has become a new hobby.
