After I recieved them they did everything they advertised and more. The voice button places, calls, reads texts, plays music... Mine started acting wonky close to a month after I got them though. The button wouldn't respond and the headset would play music randomly. Amazon refunded my money right away though. So, I bought a new pair of the same headset and sent the broken pair back. I was seeking an additional pair of reasonably priced blue tooth headphones to use as an alternate 'go to' when my more expensive Jaybird blue tooth headphones are charging. I love these so much that I have given the more expensive Jaybird earbuds to my husband.Likes:-The packaging was classy, neat, and clean. You can tell that the brand/seller takes pride in displaying their product. It came in a nice black box with an additional bag of earbuds and a charger cord.-The color is exactly as pictured - smooth, metallic rose gold. Very sharp looking.-The buttons are nicely situated with ease in function. The earphones also nicely fold into a compact size for easy storage. So nice. I had a pair of Beats neckband wireless a few years back that broke in my suitcase. This feature is a plus for those who like to travel with their favorite earbuds.-I was particularly looking for retractable earphones and these fit the bill. So nice to be able to retract the cord so that they are not dangling in a sloppy mess around my neck. The weight of the entire piece is very light around my neck. Many times I forget they are on.-Pairing is super easy. Unlike others that I have tried where I constantly have to read the instructions when I have to pair. They pair without difficulties to my Kindle, desktop pc, laptop, Samsung phone, and my husband's IPhone. Read instructions if you are trying to pair to several media components.-I am not an audio expert but I know what sounds good in my ear. I like to listen to all kinds of music to include classical for studying and hip hop for a more upbeat mood. The earpiece delivers the music as it should. I have experienced no issues. The sound is equitable to my more expensive Jaybird's noted above. The volume button is also nicely placed and does what it is supposed to do.-The price was unbelievable. I honestly did not expect to get such a nicely packaged and well performing product for the price.Dislikes:-Wish they came in a metallic blue color as well.Below is an update for Sep 2019 - Original Purchase in 2018- I loved these headphones but sadly they do not charge anymore.- I attempted various plugs and it still does not recharge.- It appears to have died.- I believe it may be an operator error on my behalf as many instructions that come with these type of products state you must use the charging cords that come with product. I may have mixed my cords with a more powerful cord from my charging station and caused it to die.- I am keeping this a 5 star because I still agree with everything from my original comment.- I will be buying a replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adding a 2nd line is very easy. *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2019* I’m usually walking around the house quite a bit, I have the headphone connected to my iphone. Then I the headphones connected to my iPad as well as a speaker. So I play music. Or I have my iPhone connected through Bluetooth to the SX803 to be able to get phones calls or I have my iPhone connected to my external speaker and listen to music. That’s 2 functions my iPhone is performing at the same time. It was very easy to pair my iPad to the headphones, I then connect my iPad and am able to listen to other platforms on my iPad while listening to music or phone calls on my iPhone. To me they are more convenient to use since the wires retract. Answering the phone or answering a second line is very easy, due to the location of the phone button. I also like the way they fold.
