More and more foods are being sold in packages, rather than cans, which makes fixing a meal a snap!  And this particular soup is to die for!  Literally, tear the upper edge in about an inch (or cut it with a scissors), set it upright in the microwave, hit the one button (for one minute at high), then pour it into a bowl.  Add a slice of bread and butter, and you have a gourmet lunch!  I am impressed with the quality and flavor of Fishpeople products, and with the convenience of the packet as compared to a metal can.  And yes, this chowder is very, very good!  The serving size is about what you would get at a restaurant (10 ounces), but you don't have to get gussied up to go out and get it.  And you can taste the different bits and pieces - every spoonful is unique, not blended to the point where the whole dish is one flavor.  I'm sold on this!

Looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the pouch. The image is a beautiful white creamy chowder and what comes out is brown and looks like baby diarrhea! Now seasoning and the oysters are nowhere to be scene. Do not waste your money on this.FYI: I did buy this at Whole Foods, but isnt that the same as Amazon now anyways?
