Great laptop, CPU could be faster.
This laptop does exactly what I wanted and expected. It's a productivity laptop. I got one for my wife and I. My only drawback is the processor is a little slow. For movies, office apps, movies and very light gaming, I love it.

Good and economical
I bought this on an Amazon deal an to be honest was not expecting too much. However this has exceeded what I thought, I need to replace a failing machine. And this will do what itโs needed to do. I thought I had an issue reached out to support and they responded next day which was ok as I found it was user error and resolved the issue.

Just a regular laptop
Can't run any big name games works well for other uses but with how much they tried to sell on that point which made me buy it makes it very misleading. If I wanted a regular laptop there is much more affordable options

Wouldn't buy again ...
This unit has been on standby while I continued to use my HP Windows 10 laptop. It has been almost a year since initial setup. I decided it was time to make the swap. When booting the computer the battery was of course low. Plugged in the charger, no good. Battery continued to drain in use with charger plugged in. Perhaps the power supply is bad for some reason. Charging port is not compatible with my HP chargers.I have ordered an aftermarket charger which I hope will fix the problem. 1st non-HP laptop ever, I regret the purchase.

Very happy, fast computer, very good deal!
This is the 2nd laptop I have ever owned, I'm only 70 yo, lol. I don't know that much about computers, and I never heard of Kiegerr before but I took my chance.. Well I tell you this computer is fast! My last two I had were way slower from the beginning and then got worse over time. I only use it to browse the internet some and will do my taxes with it. I do not do game on it. about 5 days so far and it is working great!

Very pleased with this!!
Very nice computer. Does everything I want it to with plenty to spare. As with all computers I've had, the batteries die fast but that fine.

Good value for the money
It works really good and it is fast. The only thing is the battery does not last. You basically have to keep it plugged in constantly. You might get an hour and a half out of the battery. Other than that it's a really great laptop for the price
