Leider ist das Ergebnis ernüchternd. Pro: • Sehr massiv und hochwertig verarbeitet. • Lässt sich einfach an der KitchenAid befestigen. • Reinigung ist unkompliziert (trocken ausbürsten). Contra: • Selbst auf maximal feinster Stufe bleibt das Ergebnis grober Grieß, kein Mehl. • Auch nach mehreren Durchgängen durch die Mühle wird es kaum feiner. • Besonders kleine Körner (z. B. Hirse) rutschen einfach durch. • Der Motor der KitchenAid wird stark beansprucht, wenn man längere Zeit mahlt. Ich habe wirklich alles probiert – mehrfach gemahlen, langsam eingefüllt, verschiedene Stufen getestet. Das Resultat bleibt gleich: grob und unbrauchbar für feines Backmehl. Fazit: Optisch top, funktional leider ein Fehlkauf.
