Lovely tea and very relaxing for me
This tea is really flavoursome and lovely wuth honey. I have a couple of teaspoons as a tea every night, and I've noticed that I fall asleep much quicker than without. Please be aware that for everyone this is different; warnings helpfully come on the package of the tea.

Good to use in an infuser
Good to use in an infuser. (one of those mesh type ones, I got one at John Lewis which is better than the pierced ball type).Comes posted from Greece but reasonably quick and overall satisfactory. I use about a teaspoon full and it comes out a lot cheaper than the 'teabags' from Salus health which are hard to find anyway.
