As this product has zero sugar (and zero calories) it is nutritionally far superior to normal sodas which can contain near 200 calories a can. Additionally, this drink does not contain any artificial flavors/colors nor does it contain other additives. Taste wise it is similar to a sugar free root beer or cream soda (go figure!) It does have 'healthy' taste, but it is not gross and is easy to get used to. Overall this product is a very good alternative to normal sodas and the mainstream sugar free ones. It does have a different taste, and while easy to get used to could be off-putting for some.
