Glisten Washer Magic Washing Machine Cleaner and Deodorizer, 8 Bottles

I fell in love with this brand when we got our new washer and dryer last year. I had never used this brand before and only used the tide washer cleaner or the afresh(?) or something along those lines. We found this at the store near the check out and I was hesitant because I’d never used a liquid washer drum cleaner before and didn't think it would work that well. This really does cut down on the washer smell , product build up and grime. WITH THE POSITIVES BEING LISTED….. I was disappointed in how the package came. The box was a little bent up and the plastic wrap covering the bottles does not cover the tops. It just combines two together to show it is a value deal. With that being said, one of the tops had opened in transit and seeped through the seal and the cleaner liquid leaked out all over the bottom of the package. I had to rinse all the bottles and I’d say at least a quarter on the bottle that leaked is gone.

Makes the washing machine smell better. Better to have on hand so I don’t have to wait until I get to the store. It a good value to get four at a time.

My repair man suggested this product. It worked great. My dishwasher looked like brand new. I will use this product from now on.

This has done exactly as intended. It keeps the washing machine clean and no residue ends up on clothes. We’ve bought for our rentals too!

I've got a Whirlpool front load washer that is a month old. It averages three loads a day and we leave the door open to air out after every wash cycle. Slowly enough it has developed the front load machine stink so I purchased the four pack of cleaner. Followed instructions and cleaned the door seal with cleaner and soap dispenser tray. Cleaner had strong chemical smell and took any dirt and soap scum off right away. Poured the remaining solution from bottle into dispenser. Ran the self-clean cycle and opened the door and the stink was still there. Poured 1/3rd of the second bottle in the drum and the rest in dispeser and ran the sanitize cycle on the hottest temperature setting. Opened door and the stink was still strong. Now, I put in three old beach towels and poured the third bottle in the dispenser and ran on the sanitize setting. Opened the door and the towels had a chemical smell and the colors were dilutted, and the stink is still there. Each bottle has enough for three seperate cycles if used according to instructions. If that is true then I've run enough cleaner for nine cycles and the washer is spotless, just the mildew smell lingers.

My sister and her husband rent from me and we all live in my house. Brother-in-law will NOT wick out the water (that collects in the rubber seal in the front loading washer) after he is done doing his laundry. This is really irritating because it causes the washer to smell. He also leaves his clothes in the washer for days until someone discovers he's got stinky clothes sitting in there. Gross!!! SO . . . I ordered your product and used it ONE time and the washer smelled so much better -- even the plexiglass door was super shiny on the inside where I could never get it clean. I can't get rid of my brother-in-law but I CAN get rid of that odor in my washing machine!!! Thanks!!!
