I however was never able to get them to charge my Grecell eb1000 PPS at 200 watts even with a clear blue sky. They did however charge my PPS anywhere from 138 to 163 watts, which is relatively comparative for the money I paid. I honestly do not believe they would ever give a full 200 watts of charge.
