Taste is nice and best of all the sensitivity has completely gone out of my teeth. Dentist was trying to convince me I needed high doses of flouride toothpaste for a short time - no thanks! I didnt want that as I am very holistic and I found this and started using it and within a week the sensitivity was reducing in my teeth. Been using it for about 6 months now and my teeth have been absolutely fine no more problems and I feel reassured that its providing good bacteria as I am also coeliac so I need to be careful with everything I ingest for my stomach issues. Would highly recommend. Its not the cheapest but it lasts a long time you certainly get a good quality effective product with this and I feel reassured its better than using nasty flouride.
