Works really well and isn’t overly drying. I like to pre oil or condition before use and the results are amazing! Makes my hair super shiny, soft and tangle free. Also removes brassiness and mineral cast, revealing the true colour of my hair. Highly recommend for hard water areas.

I live in an area with hard water and have to use regaine. I decided to get this because when i went on holiday the water they use is soft water and my hair was getting thicker. I didn't know water had that much of an impact on my hair. When i got back to the UK my hair started to thin again. That was when i started to use this product. And now my hair is getting fuller again and not falling. I use this along with regaine and it works well

I've been using this shampoo for a few weeks and it's been a lifesaver for my greasy hair. Living in the countryside with hard well water has always made it tough to find a good shampoo, but this one works well. It cleans my hair well and keeps it from getting greasy too fast. It can be a bit drying, so definitely use a strong conditioner with it. Overall, it's a solid choice if you have hard water and greasy hair.

Amazing shampoo, hair feels clean and like any build up is gone after the first wash but the product does arrive spilt and leaking!

I didn’t see any practical results on my hair. The worst part, though, is the packaging — even when it’s properly closed, the shampoo keeps leaking, and because it’s so thick, it leaves a sticky trail wherever it drips. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of chemical reaction, but the fact is that it leaks and I constantly have to clean the bottle.

I have just used this once so far and left it sit in my hair before rinsing. We have really hard water and my hair feels very clean without looking dry which happens with other detox shampoos

I recently purchased this shampoo as I live in an area with hard water and my normal clarifying shampoo has been discontinued. This shampoo does work in cleansing the hair (my hair doesn’t feel waxy or dirty afterwards), however my hair becomes very very dry and knotty. I have made sure to use good conditioner after shampooing and some hair oil to counteract this. Overall I have lost the shine in my hair with this product. My hair type is fine, lots of it and very straight.

Really surprised that this worked on my curly, frizzy damaged hair. I use it once a week to get rid of the nasties in the tap water. It also keeps my colour in a lot longer
