Ordered black but received white. But quality is good ! Good I investment.

This is a cheap version of a robo vacuum that does the job. I have purchased the more expensive higher quality versions, not going to say which one, but it failed weeks after the warranty was up. Both times. So if it's going to fail I might as well get the cheapest version. With this one I need to make sure I pre clean up the floor of objects that might cause it to get stuck. The other one I could run automatically on a schedule and not care about what the dog Left behind or what the kids left. It would always avoid those objects. This one I needed to do a little more upfront work but my kids moved out anyway so it's better for the money.

Setup for the MOVA S10 plus was easy, as far as the physical setting up the device. Connecting it to the app and being able to use it that way does not seem possible at this time. I tried scanning it in using the QR code, but it immediately pops up an error that says it has no configuration or something like that. After trying multiple times, I attempted to connect it manually from a list of options found in the Dreamehome smart app. It's not there. In fact, no S model at all is there. I don't know if it's too new and they don't properly have the app set up for it or what, but it's very frustrating. Because it won't connect, I cannot use it with Alexa, or schedule timed cleanings, or anything. Not cool. Especially with a price tag well over $400. As for the actual cleaning abilty, it does great at sweeping and ok at mopping. It's extremely nice not to have to empty the dust cup daily. We are a large family and the vaccum is in a VERY large kitchen. We definitely don't make it to 90 days without emptying, but results will vary depending on your situation. It's no big deal to dump it occasionally anyway, because it needs other regular maintenance and it's easy to do at the same time. For right now, it's ok. Not currently worth the asking price since you can't connect it to smart home services and there are other models that do. But I'm really hoping the app will be fixed soon, and if/when it gets up and running correctly I will come back and update.

This vacuum does the job it’s like having a little extra handyman around. I have an aerobic before I really didn’t like it had to reprogram it all the time and then we get stuck in places ran over dog poop all the time and they did not honor the warranty on it. They told me I had it too long very disappointing. However, this robot works a lot easier easy to program and I have not had any problems yet. The great thing about this robot is you can do zone cleaning and mopping, which helps out a lot. I do suggest that you do a thorough cleaning before you start using this button when it has no problem keeping up.
