Could these packs be used to boil coffee at a campsite?

Yes. this is our go-to when camping. No need to boil the filter pack. Bring the water to a boil, drop the filter pack, lower the heat and let it simmer for a minute or two. Makes great tasting coffee with out the mess of grounds.

are the packs good for better chief coffee makers

Hummm.. we have used them in all different so not sure... it's a convenient item but use regular coffee not in the pack when there's lots of company.

these pod work with senseo coffee machine ?

As far as a specific machine, I can't say for sure, but they seem to do great in any 4 cup coffee maker I have used. If you are not into really strong coffee, they work great in a twelve cup as well.

Is this a 6 pack of 10 filter boxes for a total of 60 filter packs?

Yes. It has 6 boxes of the 10 filters (small ones, not the larger commercial type). I use 2 filters for a 12 cup coffee pot. Stores here do not often have them so I started ordering them on Amazon.
