SO AMAZING!!! This works so well for constipation. I was having terrible pregnancy related constipation and ended up with hemorrhoids. My nutrition coach suggested this and it worked by the next morning!! I continue to take half the recommended dose (which works for me) every night and i have had no problems with constipation since. I have already recommended to several people and will continue to do so! 10/10 recommend!

This product did not work for me at all. I'll spare the details, but it didn't work as advertised. I'd like my money back.

The old oxy powder pills would clean you out in one trip to the bathroom but it doesn’t seem to still be available. This stuff is great but takes a few more trips. Take six or eight before you go to bed with a lot of water and the next morning, ten minutes or so after you get up, it will hit you. It’s activated by the water so force yourself to drink as much as you can. If you feel like you’re drinking too much and actually get full on water, then it’s probably the right amount of water. You’ll probably take five or six trips to the bathroom in a couple of hours but it will clean you out. If it doesn’t amaze you, you may need to go to the doctor. This stuff will blow you out!
