poorly made. the partical wood crumbled & split after one turn of the screw (using a manual old fashioned screw driver). Pre drilled holes & slots were not aligned. its as though the pressed particle wood used was very loose. Have assembled many products over the years made out of this type of material., never has it just fallen apart like this. Not sturdy at all. Will be scared to put anything in it. Horrible value for the money, as it is basically useless.

This cabinet is a piece of CRAP; not worth the nails holding it together. If you can put it together where the door is aligned to shut properly, it looks nice. However, don’t touch it or let the wind blow too hard. It’s flimsy as ever and may fall apart. For starters, the materials are the cheapest I’ve ever seen or used. Some of the screws are actually plastic! The plywood is very crumbly. Just from putting it together and moving it around, some of the corners have been knocked off and dented. To make matters worse, the two moveable shelves are about 2 inches shorter than the middle shelve. Not sure why they did that. The storage capacity would have been great had the space been effectively utilized. And the insult of all insults is that this company had the nerve to charge $125 for this when it’s not worth the screws and nails holding it up. Maybe if it was $29.99 and already assembled I might consider buying it. And to think this was a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. This is simply garbage. I’m requesting a refund immediately! With as much work as it took me to make it stand up, I’m not even taking it apart! UPS can come pick this up just as it is. You’ve been warned!!!

I ordered 2 of these... and I was very concerned after all the negative reviews. After assembling 1 here are my thoughts. It looks great. Plenty of storage. We will be using in a playroom for puzzles, games and such - the size was exactly what we needed. Assembly was pretty straight forward. Everything was labeled and we took time to read everything as a past review suggested. When we stood it up right side it was pretty wobbly. We did need to modify we some felt foot pads and a rubber gripper pad to adjust that. We also used a much stronger anchor to strap it to the wall. Its much better now after our own modifications. UPDATE after assembly of cabinet 2. We were missing one piece, everything was sealed in the part pocket, but we made do. Looks fantastic... again, needed to anchor to wall with stronger option than what was provided and needed to add a small rubber gripper pad for stabilization. Happy with the end result for the purposes we will be using it for!

Bought this for my sun room & it looks great in there! Went together fairly well. Has plenty of storage space. Good quality!

Although this unit looks nice I would recommend going with something else unless the price of this unit is lowered to below $60. For the price it is being sold for $116, it is not worth the money. The unit is not sturdy, and yes we put it together correctly, and it feels very cheap. We went out to our local hardware store and purchased L brackets to secure the permeant shelves better just to make it at least a little more sturdy for use. Again, it is a very nice looking cabinet and looks great in our kitchen but it just isn't worth more than $60.

This was a nightmare to assemble. Took two adults almost 3 hours to assemble. Most of the holes didn’t line up. Despite following the directions it was loopsided and it tilts to the left. When you go to close the door you actually have to lift it up because it isn’t even. It isn’t sturdy at all. If it wasn’t such a hassle to disassemble and ship back, I would send it back to Amazon. This was a complete waste of money. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Do not buy!

Received this cabinet on time earlier this week. Had to wait until one of my daughters to come by yesterday to put it together for me as I have a sprained wrist days ago. There are a few confusing sections of the instructions and missing details about parts. She was able to assemble it in about 90 minutes with me offering clarification on the confusing sections. Let me back up to add that I'm actually an furniture (and fashion) designer so I'm used to drafting patterns/designers and making furniture (and garments) so my next comments are from that perspective. This cabinet while cute once put together is totally overrated in the description, deceptively small, flimsy and way over priced. The door sets off a little and too deep into the cabinet when closed making the unevenness more obvious. This is likely from the pre-drilled holes for screws placed unevenly in the factory. There are 2-3 gaps in other sections of the cabinet because the cam locks and bolts wouldn't tighten properly. [See attached photos taken when cabinet was still lying down after assembly.] This cabinet is short so if you need something with more linear space don't order this or be prepared to find other space for additional/taller items. If you get this cabinet you may want to get four inexpensive felt or tack-end glides for the bottom of the cabinet not only to help it glide on bare floors, also to help prevent damage to the flimsy particle board edges. I paid $115 plus tax for this cabinet and it absolutely is NOT worth that inflated price. This cabinet should not have been more like $45-$60 but not $115 (and higher by other sellers/sites). If it weren't for my injured hand and no access to my studio during this COVID crisis shutdowns I'd have made something better out of real wood. I've purchased particle board cabinets, shelves and tables in the past that were so well made, sturdy and heavy, so it's not just that this cabinet is made of laminated particle board rather that it's low quality/cheap particle board. It's too thin! I'm so sick of Amazon and these greedy sellers price gouging people to take advantage of folks during this pandemic especially knowing many of their furniture items and products are so cheaply/badly made. It would have been just as easy to make this Barbie toy cabinet better instead of so poorly on top of being overpriced.
