It does not bounce when I walk (6-13 miles), keeps the water cold enough, and has a good capacity. The zippered pouch is not really big enough for an iphone 6 Plus, as the description says, unless you push against the fabric to stretch it as you insert the phone. But I put my 6 Plus in a SPI belt, so it's not an issue for me. The belt is sturdy enough for me to clip a couple of blinking lights on it for predawn outings. The small bungee on the right-hand side is handy for securing one of the lights. The bungee that's next to the top of the bottle does a good job of keeping the bottle in place when carrying the belt around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hydration option *by B***! on July 21, 2016* I have been using hydration systems for a a few months now. I started out with CamelBak systems a few years ago mostly for cycling and hiking. They are great but big, heavy and result in a big heat load because it blocks a large area of your back.This year I decided to do a marathon and a backpack was overkill. I needed a compact hydration solution with a pouch for fuel (i.e., gels) and my phone.This belt is the best hydration system I have used yet.PROs- It does not feel like it has a heat load like a camelbak that blocks air flow over your back.- The water bottle does NOT bounce, even running fast.- the elastic band to hold the bottle in place does its job, and I can attach and remove it behind my back easily.- The pocket fits a few snacks and my iphone 5s and a credit card.- the water bottle says cold for ~ 1 hours (started with as much ice as it could hold), and is cool after ~ 1.5 hours (not bad for days when it was 90 °F outside)-The bottle cap is always closed - you have to squeeze the bottle to push water out, this means it doesn't drip everywhere or leak.-the bottle has been easy to wash and clean so far-keeping the phone in the pocket is so much better than an arm band mountCONs- I wish the bottle volume was a little larger, but then weight and size would be an issue, so I guess it is about rightNotes: another review indicated their phone was always dry when in the pocket. There is just a mesh backing between the pocket and you, if you sweat, it will get into the pocket. My phone got damp after some long marathon training runs (~2-3 hour runs in summer heat), I tend to keep the phone in a sandwich bag now to keep it dry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great product. Even better if you aren't short-waisted. *by B***G on September 11, 2016* I only use this on my long runs as I really hate having anything on my waist when I run. This is pretty comfortable. I am 5' 4" and 120 lbs. If I wear this at my waist, which is where it feels the most secure, the lower edge of the bottle digs into my back. It's not enough to hurt but it's annoying. If I were to leave it there for for longer than an hour it would likely start to hurt or rub. Instead, I have to wear it lower, on my hips. There is a little bounce if I wear it lower but that improves as I drink more water throughout the run. The little pocket is nice. I can fit a good size OC spray canister in there. My phone gets tucked in between my jog bras so i don't need to fit it into the pocket. The adjustment straps are long so they would accommodate a variety of waist sizes. They have little velcro straps so you can securely tuck away the long ends. There is a gear strap but I haven't tried it out yet. The color (light teal) is cute. The insulation works - I get incredibly sweaty on my runs and I bought the insulated product so my body temp wouldn't heat up my water. Overall I like the bag, it serves its function well. I may try some sewing to change the angle at which the bottle sits to better tailor it to my body. Oh yes, about the bottle smell so many have complained about. Yes, it smells a little. Like plastic. Which is what it is made of. It's no big thing and the odor fades with use. I only run one long run per week so I only use this belt that often. I add a flavored powder to my water and I don't notice any strange taste or odor while drinking from the bottle out on my runs. This is a good product and I have no qualms recommending it.
