I hate to give this item one start because it has an opportunity to be really good. Currently the only good thing about it as that it's a diffuser and works as such. But you could get the same things for 10 times LESS. It is extremely overpriced as well as the oils. You can completely forget about the app. You can set schedules and turn it on and off, but the worst part is, if you turn it on on the app,YOU CAN NOT adjust the time or intensity in the app unless you have it set on a schedule. I have mine hooked up to my HVAC so what do I have to do when I want to turn it on? Walk all the way to the basement or In some peoples case Attic and turn it on. It is a MAJOR inconvenience. I'm also assuming it works on Bluetooth for the app because it didn't ask for any wifi information so that's also terrible. It is always disconnecting from the app I'm going to try it out for a little while longer but I think I will be returning this product. It's just really a letdown for the price.
