Raw Generation Protein Juice Cleanse (3-Day) – Juice & Smoothie Cleanse for Lean Muscle and Weight Loss | Workout Support, Reduced Bloating & Energy Boost

I tried these as an alternative to the hassle, noise and cleaning of juicing and blending machines, and I'm glad I did! I also wanted to try to kick-start my new diet by getting back to real and raw foods first. The flavors of each juice and smoothie are really balanced, there's no one overwhelming taste or excessive sweetness. They leave you feeling full/content because there's no processed junk or additives thrown in, it's just real ingredients that your body can absorb and use and recognize, the way real food should be. My box arrived quickly, frozen and well insulated so I was able to thaw and drink what I wanted later that day while freezing the rest until I was ready to use them. These were really helpful in weaning me off of the extra salty and overly sweet heavily processed vegan convenience foods without leaving me feeling hungry or undernourished. It makes it easy to get off of the processed foods and reset your palate for real foods again. They are also a good nutrition drink for anyone with a compromised immune system that needs an easy and convenient way to get healthy juice at home but may not have the time or ability to make their own. You get 6 juices/smoothies per day which doesn't seem like it would be that filling, but as other reviewers have stated, it's often more than enough even on very active days, that you will have extras or the ability to extend your cleanse. I followed the recommended order of consumption and found it to fit my needs/tastes very well. The Cashew vanilla is a calming and easy way to start the day while still giving some sweetness and satisfaction so that you aren't thinking about food or your next meal all morning. Beets are a natural energy booster and the Sweet Roots can replace that energy drink before or after a workout and makes for a really refreshing drink on a hot day. The Citrus carrot is really good, too, not too carrot-y tasting or bland and has the perfect amount of citrus sweetness. The Cacao and Peanut butter are enjoyable, delicious snacks/treats that won't spike your energy or blood sugar. I like the Sweet Greens, I like the balance of fruits and veggies so that the collards and spinnach don't give off a bitter taste or aftertaste, but because my normal diet outside of the cleanse already includes TONS of greens, it feels a little like overkill on the greens for me. The only downside is that Amazon doesn't offer the variety pack that lets you "Build Your Own Box" where you can choose your own drinks so you can try a wider variety of juices or simply omit juices/smoothies that you aren't a big fan of.

This is the only juice cleanse I’ve found to have the whole plant! That’s important, because otherwise you’re getting a ton of sugar without fiber, and the nutrients in the pulp! I love that these come frozen and fresh. I will start tomorrow but tried a taste of each tonight and I’m impressed by the balance nutrition of macro and micro nutrients (lots of minerals), and healthy fats and protein!!!! So I am updating this after starting. My initial review would be that the juices are delicious but the vegetable juices really should not have apple juice because they are so incredibly sweet and I imagine after a couple of hours of just those and the other juices it’s gonna be way too much sugar. So this cleanse is amazing but the vegetable juices could’ve had cucumber or celery or something that’s really Mild and relatively sweet without all the sugar. Maybe that could be something that the person who made this changes? It would reduce the sugar content significantly and make the plans more sustainable. Other than that the drinks are amazing! The only one that I tasted that I don’t like very much is the peanut butter and I just don’t like drinking peanut butter so it would be great if there was an option for me to get this without that.

Most of them were very delicious, the peanut butter one made me want to vomit but the rest were great and really helped control cravings. Be careful with all the sugars from the fruit in there, but overall it is a great reset. A little pricey but worth every penny if you follow its instructions. Protein content could be a little higher but they are filling and not a bad consistency. The protein drinks are thick but the juices are exactly that, juice. I would take them out of the freezer for more than 24 hours before drinking because they will be very icy if not. Overall I highly recommend these.

Came quickly and super frozen - so allow a day or two to thaw before being able to start. Yummy flavors - would order again!

I chose to do the protein cleanse. First the negative. Minus 2 stars because I actually gained 3lbs doing this. I didn’t consume anything other than the shakes and maybe a handful of blueberries. I couldn’t even finish all the recommended shakes in one day because the protein ones were very filling. Overall I think consuming this much sugar and this many carbs in one day is not for me. Now the positive. I was able to consume all of the shakes and juices, and I am very picky. The only one I had trouble with was the beet one. I drank too but just couldn’t drink the third. The chocolate cashew was delish and definitely my fav. Surprisingly I liked the greens and carrot juices. Very refreshing and the ingredients seemed to be very healthy. My purpose for the cleanse was to get all the Cadbury mini eggs and other junk food I ate for Easter out of my system and jumpstart my normal healthy eating. Overall, I enjoyed most of the juices/ shakes, the ingredients were healthy, but maybe just not good for weight loss for someone who doesn’t normally consume that many carbs / sugar.
