I, personally, have never had that experience with anything other than a tennis show...UNTIL NOW. This is THE most comfortable pair of dress or casual shoes I have ever owned. I live in a large U.S. city and commute to work on the train, with about a long 4-city block walk to get to and come from the train each going to and coming from work. I was amazed at the end of the my first day of wearing these boots that my feet were still extremely comfortable in them walking the 4 blocks home from the train. No break-in period at all! And they're just very sharp looking, as well!ONE SURPRISE for me was discovering that there is a zipper on the opposite side of the boot not visible in the main product photo. (Read the product description carefully and you'll find the reference to the zipper.) You'll find it to be either somewhat odd or fun and fashionable, depending on your perspective. I initially found it to be odd, but it was invisible under my pants and turned out to be very handy in removing them from my feet at the end of the day.This is my first pair of Vince Camuto's, but it definitely will NOT be my last.
