Review: Precision instrument for a great price - Having a separate anemometer head with a 2-meter spring coiled connection cable is very useful: I can mount it anywhere via the tripod screw connection, and even extend the cable length with USB extension cables (from on top of the vehicle's roof to the interior, for example). I have no way to verify its absolute accuracy, but that's not important for my purposes. The only improvement I would like to see is larger text on the mode settings: M/S or MpH, etc. They're very tiny and hard to read, although the windspeed numbers themselves are easy to read. That's the only reason for a 3-star rating.

I tried to use this to calibrate a Mass Airflow Sensor on a custom engine swap, but none of the data this gauge gave me seemed accurate. Maybe if you're looking for basic trends, it could be useful, but actual data seemed inaccurate and unusable.
