Disaster
This safe is a disaster. Really badly made. Poor quality materials. Nothing works the way it should. No customer service to speak of.

Best safe ever
The best safe Iโve ever had. Plenty of room for everything. Gives me great peace of mind.

Good design, functional and looks good.
A very nice safe finished in white that looks much better than the standard safe colors when installed in our new home. We signed up for the delivery unpacking and install. That was a bargain and saved our having to deal with the delivery. I have reached out to Tiger King for the replacement of a couple damaged items within the safe ie shelving and shelf brackets, nothing major. Ten days have passed and no response from Tigerking about the damage reported using their form.

Nice safe with power inside
It works, well. Heavy as advertised. Well buit. The LED lights inside was not completely attached. The manual key was not included in mine. It should have been.

Customer service is EXCELLENT!!
I had an issue with the keypad not working correctly, I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new one. They did follow up emails to make sure that I got it installed correctly and then it worked properly. I would 100% buy from this company again, customer service is top notch! My husband bought me this for my birthday, and he painted the door Tiffany blue, and I added the logo.
