It’s so good food the price
I’ve had this item a few years now. I’ve used it a lot, it was cheaper for an adjustable bench but it’s just been a really good investment. At my heaviest it probably held me at 270 plus another 70lns in weights, so it can hold a fair amount. I’ve had no issues with it breaking or anything. The leg pads and padding in the bench itself aren’t the best but they’re fully functional and they don’t seem to be wearing out or degrading in a noticeable way even several years of use later. Pros: 1. Handles my weight and my weights easy. 2. Adjustment is really simple, takes seconds to convert from incline to decline and everything between. 3. The added leg holders make abs possible at a decline which is solid exercise and an building for a workout bench. 4. Durable, I’ve used it for years for a while when I was unemployed 3-4 hours a day. It’s going strong with no rips or frays. Cons: 1. It’s Nots not very padded but that’s a small price to pay for the rest of its strengths

Serves My Needs And Didn't Break The Bank!
I needed a bench to do the Body Beast workouts as a stability ball was just not cutting it. It is a very comfortable bench with multiple positions and the option to put it all the way does to do sit ups and crunch which I like better than doing them on the floor. Be very careful and making sure that the position pin is placed all the way through and locked in place. I learned the hard way and had it give way when I leaned back to do a set. This is not the sturdiest bench. It was put together correctly and everything tightened as much as possible, but it is still wobbly. For the price and what I intend to use it for I can deal with that. If you are looking for something more solid, keep looking. For me this serves my needs, didn't break the bank, comfortable and easy to move, takes up little space. 5 stars from me! If my review helped you, please click the helpful button. Or comment if I can answer any other questions <3

Not bad for the price.
Not too bad for under $50. It's kind of a budget piece of equipment. I work out a couple times a week; nothing too serious. I wouldn't recommend for heavy weights or larger framed people over 250lbs/120kgs. It seems to be holding up for me. The construction is pretty standard Chinese; so it's hit or miss. The bench I received seems pretty decent as far as the welding is concerned. It was simple to put together, there's really nothing to it. It's just a few bars that you bolt together, and screw the seat cushions on. I'll see how it continues to hold up over time. If it lasts me 18 months, which I'm pretty sure it will, then I say I got my money's worth. I won't feel so bad for spending $45 plus tax if it falls apart, but I doubt it will. I'm not benching 200lbs free weight, or doing anything too aggressive on it. Just standard sit ups and some toning dumb-bell exercising. Adjusting the backrest isn't really that difficult as some people claim in the reviews. I'll update with photos if there are any problems I come across in the next couple of weeks of using this. Otherwise if you are looking for a cheap budget bench, this will do.

Definite design flaw, but still will use
Probably rating this between a 3 1/2 and 4 because I have never used it yet. I am 260lbs. and 6' 2" so I will come back with an update after using it a few times. But, at this point I notice one huge design flaw that I should have noticed at the very beginning because it's so obvious. This is NOT a flat bench. Clearly in the picture the bench is slanted in its design. Naturally this is going to be a noticeable problem for anyone using totally flat bench exercises. Why they didn't just create the frame to be totally flat is beyond me. It would have been very easy to do so. There's really no reason why the bottom frame should be slanted at an angle that I can tell. It actually even depreciates the ergonomics of the bench as a flat bench naturally would be more sturdy. But go figure. So keep in mind when purchasing this bench that you will always be at a decline and when you put the bench either straight up or straight horizontal the seat is constantly at an almost 45 degree angle. Constantly. That won't change, even if you adjust the back. So yeah, there's that. But for now, I think, for the price, this bench is pretty good. We'll see how well it holds up with use and how well it works for someone my size and weight. ****UPDATE**** So used it a few times and it seems very sturdy. I realized the flat bench issue is not that much of a problem actually. It's pretty comfortable really, and I'm 6'2" 270 about, so keep that in mind. For me, the ab function is far less comfortable then I'd like, so I might only use that occasionally and just save the ab exercises for when I go to the gym. When I put my legs into the foam pillars it just really hurts to go back. It works better if I keep my calves outside of the foam pillars actually. So for me, the main functions I will use on this bench are for my upper body. The incline, the decline, and the flat bench for chest will probably be the most used functions for me. That's all I can say for now, it's pretty sturdy, not wobbly, and I weigh a lot so it should suit the average guy a lot better than it does me. Pretty good buy for the price and it's function. Not the best, not perfect, but for the price, it's a good deal.

Excellent for the Cost
The product was easy to assemble. It came with a plastic-sealed kit with each part numbered, making it easy to identify each part. Finish assembling within 30 minutes, and easier to assemble with two people but not necessary. The seat came with bits of black spots on red part; I didn't really care but just wanted to give people a heads up. The back of the bench wasn't able to support my head when adjusted to a 90 degree angle (I'm 5'8"). The 4-roll leg lockdown feature is pretty awesome except I find it to be a bit loose, as in the padded rolls leave a little space, showing the bar and causing the leg rolls to move side to side. Aside from these minor flaws, I love this bench. It's very comfortable and has 6 angle adjustments, allowing me to do various exercises. It was relative cheap, compared to the other products on the market. On a final note, the seat/back cushion is very comfortable but its one of those cushions with staples in the back, so not sure how long the chair will last. Finally, the product came relatively fast, within 4 days after ordering it. The shipping was also free, which was awesome.

Good for the price, if you are not a gymrat
Not bad for the price, I'm 5'8 and 180, it holds well if you assemble it correctly, key work correct, follow the instructions step by step, dont Skip because you think you know what's next, I had doubts because it seemed the lockouts were not getting tighter but once I got to the steps to tighten everything up I needed some extra tools and it all came together nicely, no wobble, no misaligned. Dont think is good for someone maybe over 200lbs and much wider the sit is on the smaller side, it can get to a flat position I can keep my whole back and a little of the buttock on the back rest so it works for me just fine.

DO NOT BUY!!!
I was really hopeful about this item! There were mostly great 4 star reviews and I decided to go for it and purchase this incline bench. This ended up being an absolutely terrible decision. The product comes unassembled in the box and you must put it together yourself using a wrench and screwdriver (not included). Every single screw that I had to screw in was way too long and the bolt nuts can only be turned so far. This made every part of the bench and back super wobbly. I had to place pieces of cardboard in place of washers to try and make the bench sturdy for me and for the weights I would use. I would sit on the product and put my back against a very wobbly back pad. I did not feel safe at all attempting to do an incline chest press. Additionally, the seat is always at an awkward angle and it’s not adjustable. Do not waste your money, time, or effort buying and assembling this product. I took it all apart in less than 5 minutes (shows how unsafe and easy it can be taken apart), put it in the box, and returned it. It was such a relief to drop off at the UPS store. Again, DO NOT BUY. I decided to buy a Joy Bird bench. This was double the cost ($150) but it’s foldable, has an adjustable seat, feels much more sturdy, and comes pre assembled.

Great Value, Good Quality
Great bench, materials seem to be good. The bench is easy to assemble as long as you have a 11/16th socket and a wrench to hold the other end of the bolts. Would be much easier to assemble with 2 people but it can be done with 1 if you have things to lean it against. All the parts were tightly sealed and clearly labeled. Instructions were very clear with the minor caveat that the hole for the catchbolt in Step 8's inset is located in a different place but the correct location is obvious on the actual equipment. Came with a decent poster with some workouts, a link to watch some videos of workouts(that aren't bad if you're a beginner) and some basic workout tips in the back of the manual. Weider had the extra space and added useful information, little touches like this always go a long way for me. Tested it up to 50lbs of the weight capacity without issue, I'll be able to judge further in a few months once I can get more weight.

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Excelente calidad, instructivo claro y fácil de armar (inclusive para gente desesperada como yo). El precio es asequible y comparando con otras opciones te sale a la mitad que los demás.

lightweight, inexpensive yet sturdy - a good value for the money
If you are looking for a professional gym grade weight bench this is not for you. This bench is lightweight and inexpensive, so when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the product is quite good' much better than I expected actually. Except for the cushions it's made of a good grade of precision machined powder coated steel. Assembling the bench was easy, it bolts together with Nylock nuts that will not loosen, and the instructions where simple. Once assembled the bench is quite sturdy, stable, comfortable and easy to adjust. . The bottom line; is this is a very decent home gym weight bench and at $80 CDN. a great value.

Excelente calidad-precio para hacer ejercicio en casa
Nos ha encantado poder hacer ejercicio en este banco con sus diferentes posiciones. Es ligero pero a la vez resistente. Podemos moverlo sin problema al jardín o meterlo a la recámara.

Quality Bench
I bought this to do sit ups on. I will admit it is hard to get my legs behind the bars (perhaps I need to loose more weight first) but it is a quality bench and is adjustable. Sturdy and solid. Happy with my purchase!
