**Q: Why size turkey does this brine?**
A: I used the 25 oz jar to brine two 19lb turkeys.  I deep fry mine so I let them brine a little longer than the instructions recommend, usually around 36 hours then drop the turkey right into the oil.

**Q: What kind of salt is used in your brine? All the brining recipes I’ve come across call for kosher salt.**
A: I believe its kosher salt. Been using this brine for years...it's phenomenal!

**Q: Is this strictly for a wet brine? Has anyone used this as a dry brine?**
A: I have not used as a dry brine.

**Q: How much of the 13 ounce jar should I use for brining a 4 pound turkey breast?**
A: I don't know for sure, but I have BBQ'd turkey thighs before after using this brining mixture.  I used 1 cup of the brining mixture with 1 gallon of water.  However I think the turkey thigh was about 2 -3 lbs.
