Not just for the hand but for the ehole body
Multi purpose As a PT I can say it’s good for hand ROM,and strengthening, but 1 aspect which is missed on this item is shoulder and even trunk stabilization by rhythmically shaking it with your fingers inside it . You can progress your shoulder stability and pain by doing it with various shoulder angles

Purchased the power web to help my mother with her hand therapy, so far she is very pleased.

this is the best and the most versatile
Of all the accessories that I have purchased for therapy, this is the best and the most versatile. It can accomplish a host of exercises for my De Quervain tendonitis and is so flexible that I can start with the very simple to the very difficult with the same gadget. Bravo! Even my long-time coach thought that it was one of the best things on the market. Its small size males storage a no-problem.

Too expensive
This product does exercise your hands as described, however, it seem very expensive for using to increase hand strength. There are many other things you can use around the house to strengthen your hands the same way. I did not feel it was worth that cost and returned it. :☹️

buy the heavier tension would last more
I bought this product February 12 it probably got home the 15 i have used it maybe once or twice a week for my fingers on my left arm (weaker) Nd last night March 12 it snap one union of the circle area idk i feel really upset like i had surgery my nerves on my left arm are weak and i dont used as much seriously :/ people i think ur better off buying the heavier tension light would snap easily

Needed this for some rehabilitation. It's a perfect resistance combination for that purpose.
