Long Dream Farm Halloumi-style cheese is made on farm from our fresh cow's milk. It is excellent sliced thin or shredded, fried, and with salads, sandwiches or eggs. It comes vacuum packed in 8-14oz pieces. Our Halloumi-style cheese is produced only once or twice weekly. Please allow a few days for your cheese to be made fresh for you. Long Dream Farm is a cruelty free dairy where cows live a low-stress life, raising their own calves and in their social groups. Thanks to our mild California climate, they are outside on pasture year-round. Ingredients: Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet. (That's all!) Your cheese will come vacuum packed in 10-16oz pieces totaling 2 pounds or more. Please allow up to 5 business days handling time as we try to ship cheese as freshly made as possible. Cheese ships in an insulated box with ice packs assuming up to 3 day transit time.
