1/5/2026: UPDATED REVIEW Ok…..so I’m pretty much on my 8th order or so with this Shea butter. For that I only felt it fair to upgrade the review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Its consistency is still smooth and buttery and the size and amount of product just can’t be beat for the price! I love using this stuff and make sure to order ahead of time so that I don’t run out entirely. I still stand on the inconsistency with the scents though. I usually order Mango for myself. I’ve found my last 2 orders of mango to be very strong in scent but eventually wears down. My 2nd to last order didn’t initially smell like Mango it was so strong, I was tempted to send it back. I literally consumed a room with the scent. I recently ordered the lemongrass for Hubby to try and it’s a beautiful scent! Also very strong but eventually it wears down. I ordered the Baby Powder for the kiddos and this will be the new go to scent for them! They prefer it over the pineapple. Even with the baby powder there was a mix of strong scent of baby powder and the natural Shea butter (strong nutty smell) which can affect the overall scent. Keep this in mind also. Your nose will adjust. Overall: Pros: Amount, size and texture are incomparable for the price. For those new to Shea butter please keep in mind that you are dealing with a derivative of a natural product so you MAY have some small shea chunks but they will melt upon contact. Cons: Inconsistency with scents and sometimes their order windows are way off. Especially if you are ordering one of their “uncommon” scents like baby powder, honey peach, lemongrass. Major delays. If you’re considering it……just do it. If nothing else your skin will thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: There's some good and not so good. Enough good that I'm considering repurchasing. I switched to try this from another brand I'd been using for over a year. Loved the other brand but found it to be getting expensive for the quantity. I first ordered the lavender scent. I loved the size for the price (got it on sale for $8!!!) Even regular price, still worth it for the size. The consistency was smooth and buttery, absorbs really well and my skin is like velvet afterwards! My husband loves to rub my skin and always tells me how soft my skin feels ((tee hee!!)) But too much of it and it CAN get greasy and WILL stain so use sparingly. You don't need a lot for application so that stretches the lifespan of the jar which is great!! Not so good. I was VERY apprehensive about ordering this because several reviews noted the inconsistency with the various scents. So that's why I ordered the lavender thinking it was the safest option. When I first opened it I liked the scent. Enough that I immediately ordered another one in pineapple for my kiddos! Welp, after some use it got weird. It was like with each layer that I used of the lavender the scent changed. It went from a soft lavender to a cheap Avon scent infused with cigarette smoke! I was able to deal with it because again, each new layer was a surprise. So it became a journey to the bottom of the jar. The lavender scent doesn't linger but there is some scent residue. Then when the pineapple scent came for the kids, I immediately opened!! It smelled DELICIOUS!!! I ALMOST ordered another pineapple for myself! But then.....bath time came and we dug in. Both of my kids ended up smelling like the pineapple car air freshener shaped like the pine tree!! 😐 If you were born in the 1900's you know which one I'm talking about!!! Now, the freshener was okay as long as the car was nice and aired out, but during the the summer when the inside of the car heated up that smell got intense!! My kids had the hot car intense smell after baths!! BUT, they were moisturized to pure satisfaction!! THEY like the smell but I mean....they're kids with relatively unrefined olfactory senses. Over time you get used to the scent if it's something you can tolerate. For them, I can tolerate the pineapple scent. The pineapple scent DOES linger. Now, I'm out of my shea butter and feel lost because it's all I ever use. I've shopped around and looked at other brands. I'm just not finding as good a balance of quality, quantity and price as I do here, even at regular price! So I'm going to give it another go, but this time the cocoa butter/shea mix. I will update this review after some use.

I am loving this stuff! It's light and fluffy going on, but thick and protective at the same time. It absorbs well and is really helping my eczema. The scent is sweet and delicious and smells like something I'd love to eat, but not necessarily a fragrance I want to wear, so I'll probably get unscented next time. That said, the smell dissipates quickly after putting it on.

The mango smells so delicious! And it’s very moisturizing. I have dry feet and this butter has kept them smooth and soft! I will try the other fragrances soon!

Ok so I got this product today. Upon opening it I smelled muscle cream. So I said let’s just see how it feels and smells on my skin. Well it smelled like muscle cream on my skin and even had the heating sensation that muscle cream has. I will be returning this product. I did how ever get another body butter from them that smells amazing and just as the product said it should smell.I would give it No Stars if I could!!

the whipped texture beautiful and leaves your skin moisturized and glowing with only a little bit warmed up on your hand. extremely light weight as well and as you can see they fill the container nicely. after showering i applied a small amount to my left thigh and you can see the difference. lasts fairly long too, my skin gets really dry in the winter where most lotions need to be reapplied multiple times a day but a nice dollop will get your whole body right for the day! or longer if you have oily skin. the only drawback is the smell, which is very noticeable on initial application but doesn't linger long. i just use my body spray and perfume immediately and it goes away. keen noses may want to opt for one of the scented versions though.

This is the second product I've purchased from this company. Their products are becoming a staple to my hair/skin regimen. I do love the ease of this shea butter, due to the whipped consistency. Sometimes to change the consistency I guess the product has to change a bit. But this still has that same wonderful, light, shea butter scent. It is very moisturizing so a little goes a long way. I will definitely continue to purchase this shea butter, I love it!!

This cream is very thick, with a greasier texture. It has a slightly astringent, but pleasant lavender scent. It grows on you after using it for a few nights. The cream soaks in to soften skin and it creates a protective moisture barrier on the skin. It is very effective at softening callouses on feet. Putting lavender on palms and/or feet may help with more restful sleep at night. The price is very reasonable for Shea butter and lavender ingredients. I will buy it again.

Please never stop making this!! I have been searching FOREVER for pure shea butter that is actually creamy and not a solid mass and without a bunch of additives. The only ones I could find were so expensive. I have been making mine own but just found this and am thrilled. It’s thick and creamy, easily spreadable. No additives. I got unscented because I don’t like fragrance and there is no smell, it’s perfect!
